Introduction
Slituo was born out of a strong conviction: development is now within everyone's reach thanks to no-code. Created by Benjamin, a former developer, Product Director and digital globetrotter, Slituo has been moving forward since 2020 with an autonomous and involved team, ready to revolutionize the world of no-code. I chose to join this adventure for several reasons, including the fit with Benjamin, the possibility of working on numerous projects and tools, and the possibility of working remotely 😎
What I didn't know was that Slituo was much more than that!
My arrival at Slituo
I joined Slituo in September and was immediately impressed by the level of support Benjamin offered to his customers. He knew the processes of each of his clients inside out, which made me realize that I was not only in a no-code agency, but in a real digital accelerator.
My role at Slituo
As a Solutions Builder at Slituo, every day is a new challenge. I worked on many subjects: writing support proposals, developing solutions on Make and Jet Admin, developing skills on HubSpot's functionalities, automations, tool POC, working on Slituo's internal processes, thinking about Slituo's vision with Benjamin...
But why “Solutions Builder” anyway? Well, Benjamin will have the opportunity to write an article on the birth of a Solutions team during one of his experiences as Product Director. But if I had to explain in my words, I would say that it is the word that best conveys what we do on a daily basis: we find solutions to problems. To do this, we use all the necessary skills, even if it means learning new ones. The ones that come up most often are obviously development (NoCode or code), project management, consulting, but also product management, UX/UI and data engineering.
Thanks to this very rich environment, I am becoming more independent every day and I aspire to become as professional as Benjamin (and he is very, very strong 💪).
Slituo's unique approach
Slituo is not a no-code agency like the others. It is a real digital accelerator 🚀, which goes beyond simple development. We make a complete diagnosis of our customers' processes, we give them recommendations, we advise them and we work on business 💸 themes with a lean and product management approach. We are there for long-term support, to help our customers “scale” with the right tools and the right approach.

At Slituo, remote work is king, which by default offers a good balance between professional and personal life and puts trust at the heart of our relationships.
Beyond that, we have a good relationship because, as Benjamin says, “we are made of the same wood”, that is to say, we are all very curious and resilient in finding solutions for our customers (and also for ourselves).
Future vision
Slituo has big ambitions. We want to grow our Solutions team while maintaining the quality of service offered to our customers. We want to remain agnostic and to be the lawyers of our clients above all. If we do not have the expertise or the competence to develop a solution, we do not hesitate to call on the best to do it for us. This is another proof that we are not just a no-code development agency, but consultants at the service of our customers 👨 🎓.
